1 lb (450 g) lean pork, cubed (or ground / minced pork)
1 small onion, skinned and quartered
salt and pepper
2 level tbsp plain flour (All purpose)
1 egg, beaten
a little milk
fat for deep frying
method
1. Mince the meat and onion twice. Add salt and pepper and stir in the flour, egg and enough milk to give a mixture that is soft but will hold its shape; roll it into small balls.
2. Heat the fat until it will brown a cube of bread in 1 minuteand cook the meat balls until brown, for about 6 minutes.
3. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a tomato sauce

I have a bunch of ground pork that didnt have seasoning added for sausage. Will this work with this and what would I serve with it? Noodles, rice????

This is a Danish recipe that I grew up with. I have a couple of variations of it, but definitely use ground pork NOT PORK SAUSAGE. The onion, salt & pepper are enough seasoning for it. It makes a nice summertime dinner when served with potato salad and bread.
