Crispy Bars

ingredients

makes 12
1 stick (8 Tbsp)4 oz (100 g) butter
4 oz (100 g) marshmallows
4 oz (100 g) caramel toffee
4 oz (100 g) rice crispies

method

1. Melt the butter, marshmallows and toffee together in a saucepan and boil for 1-2 minutes.

2. Remove from the heat and fold in the rice crispies.

3. Spread into a buttered swiss roll tin and leave to set. Cut into squares.
