method
1. Rub the hard boiled eggs through a sieve and add to the sour cream.
2. Gradually thin down with the vinegar and stir in the sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Split the baked potatoes and pour the sauce over.
4. Alternatively, scoop out the flesh and mix with the sauce then arrange the mixture back in the shells and place under a hot grill until lightly browned on top.
