400 g cold roast or boiled pork
salt and Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp butter or dripping (fat from roasted meat)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp English mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
method
1. Cut the meat into small neat pieces and sprinkle them with salt and a little Cayenne pepper to taste.
2. Heat the butter or dripping in a pan and add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. When hot, add the meat, and toss over heat for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and impregnated with the flavours.
