2 3/4 cups (21 fl oz) 600 ml grapefruit juice
juice of 1/2 lemon
10 oz (300 g) canned pineapple cubes
cucumber peel
sugar to taste
2 3/4 cups (21 fl oz) 600 ml soda
cocktail cherries
crushed ice
method
1. Pour the grapefruit and lemon juices into a jug and mix well.
2. Leave in the refrigerator to chill.
3. Add the pineapple cubes, some cucumber peel and sugar to taste.
4. Stir in the soda.
5. To serve, place a cherry in each glass and pour in the liquid over crushed ice.
