3 oz (75 g) dessert apples, cored, peeled and chopped
3 oz (75 g) pears, cored, peeled and chopped
2 bananas, sliced
juice of 1 lemon
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt fresh double cream (heavy cream)
3 oz (75 g) hazelnut yogurt
4 oz (100 g) hazel nuts, chopped

method
1. Place the apples, pears and bananas in a bowl. Toss in lemon juice, cover and leave aside.
2. Whip the fresh cream until stiff and fold in the yogurt. Stir in all but 1 5-20 ml (3-4 tsp) of the chopped hazelnuts.
3. Place the fruit mixture in the bottom of four glass dishes. Cover with the cream mixture and sprinkle the remaining nuts on top. Serve chilled.
