8 oz (225 g) pasta shapes, cooked
8 oz (225 g) beer sausage (Bierwurst), cut into strips
4 oz (110 g) mushrooms, sliced
4 oz (110 g) celery, finely chopped
1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
4 tsp mayonnaise
2 tsp creamed horseradish
1 tsp German mustard
1. Place the pasta, sausage, mushrooms, celery and red pepper in a large salad bowl and mix well.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard.
3. Pour over the salad ingredients and toss well. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
