method
1. Finely chop garlic in processor. Add beans, tahini, lemon juice cumin and olive oil, process until smooth.
2. Mix in water 1 tablespoon at a time, thinning to desired consistency.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spoon into bowl. (Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover, chill.
5. Bring to room temperature; thin with additional water before serving, if desired.)
6. Serve with pita bread and vegetables.
