Stewed Noodles

ingredients

serves 2
375 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
100 g noodles
75 g raw chicken meat
2 leeks
1/2 cup (65 g) mushrooms

method

1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water as directed; drain well.

2. Remove any skin and bones from the chicken and mince the meat.

3. Prepare and slice the leeks and mushrooms.

4. Heat the stock in a saucepan, add all the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
