6 oz (175 g) margarine, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup (6 oz) 175 g sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp Mixed Spice (All Spice / Pumpkin pie spice)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch salt
4 oz (110 g) chopped nuts
3/4 cup (110 g) sultanas (golden raisins) or raisins
6 oz (175 g) rolled oats
4 tbsp milk
method
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) Gas Mk 5.
2. Beat together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the remaining ingredients with enough milk to form a smooth, stiff consistency.
4. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are light golden brown.

Nice taste but not biscuit shaped

We tried this recipe. Halved the amount and left out the nuts. The mixture spread out in the oven, was very thin and when we tried to get it out just crumbled into lots of bits! Nice taste though!

They were delish but rather crumbly everyone who tryed them were shocked about how nice they were
