method
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) Gas Mk 4.
2. Make the tomato sauce.
3. Boil the noodles in boiling salted water with a dash of oil added for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
4. Drain well and mix with the grated and diced cheeses and sliced sausages.
5. Season well to taste and stir in the tomato sauce, mixing well but reserving 1/4 pt (150 ml).
6. Butter an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the mixture in.
7. Spoon the reserved tomato sauce over the top, sprinkle with chopped parsley and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
