12 oz (350 g) noodles

method
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the tomatoes, Mozzarella, Cheddar and oregano; season to taste.
2. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
3. Meanwhile cook the noodles in boilmg salted water, drain and place in a warm dish.
4. Combine with the cheese mixture and serve.
