Fruit Yoghurt Shake

ingredients

serves 1
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pint fruit yoghurt
1/2 ripe banana
1 tsp clear honey
1 ice cube
1 scoop vanilla ice cream to decorate

method

1. Liquidise the yoghurt, banana, and honey, blending well until frothy.

2. Place the ice cube in a glass, pour over the yoghurt mixture and add a scoop of ice cream on the top to serve.
