Almond Milk

ingredients

serves 4
1 cup (4 oz) 110 g chopped almonds
3 1/2 cups (27 fl oz) 750 ml water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp orange juice

method

1. Put the water and almonds in a bowl.

2. Stir well until the liquid becomes milky white.

3. Strain and leave the almonds to dry, then pound them into a powder.

4. Add the almond powder to the milky white liquid, then add the orange juice and sugar.

5. Serve well chilled.

I have tried drinking this for 2 weeks and have lost 6lbs. Nice recipe.

(It has been the only thing I have been consuming for two weeks.)
