1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) Gas Mk 4.
2. Place the turkey, breadcrumbs, mustard, onion, mushrooms, celery salt and parsley in a large bowl.
3. Mix well and add the eggs, milk and Worcester sauce.
4. Continue to mix until all the ingredients are well blended, then add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place the mixture in a greased 2 lb (900 g) loaf tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour or until firm.
6. Leave in the tin for about 5 minutes before turning out onto a serving dish. This can be eaten hot or cold.
