1. Shell and clean the prawns (shrimp).
2. Beat the eggs with the tamari (Shoyu) sauce.
3. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a high heat.
5. Mix in the onions, garlic and bean sprouts and stir fry them for 1 minute.
6. Add the prawns (shrimp) and stir in the eggs and cook, folding the mixture continuously, until the eggs are set.
7. Serve as soon as possible with a savoury rice.
