Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts #2

ingredients

serves 6
1 kg (2.2 lb) Brussels sprouts
12 cooked chestnuts
75 g cooked ham
4 tbsp spoons single cream
salt and pepper

method

1. Prepare and cook the sprouts, then drain.

2. Cut each chestnut into quarters and chop the ham finely.

3. Put the sprouts, chestnuts, and ham in a casserole. Stir in the cream and season to taste.

4. Cover and cook in a moderate oven, 180°C, Gas 4, for 15 minutes.
