1. Cut the eggs in half lengthways, remove the yolks and trim a thin slice off the rounded side of each half white to make them stand firmly.
2. Mince the ham finely.
3. Mix with the egg yolks and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
5. Garnish with small pieces of tomato.
