method
1. Mash the bananas with the sugar and lemon juice, or puree in an electric blender.
2. Whip the cream until it just holds its shape, then fold it into the banana puree with the yoghurt.
3. Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then fold into the mixture and pile into 1 large or 6 individual dishes.
4. Sprinkle with the almonds before serving.
