1. Finely dice the cheese and mix it in a bowl with the minced pork, liver sausage, sausage meat, parsley and eggs. Using wet hands shape the mixture into 8 equal flat steaks.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, brown the steaks on each side, then reduce the heat and fry the hamburgers for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently.
3. Drain the sweetcorn. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sweetcorn, cover the pan and warm through, stirring occasionally. Pour the sweetcorn into a warm dish and top with the hamburgers. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley sprigs.
