5 lb (2.3 kg) coloured pasta shapes, cooked and drained
3 lb (1.4 kg) peeled prawns
10 heads broccoli or small cauliflowers, divided in tiny florets, lightly blanched
1 lb (450 g) black olives, stoned and sliced
12 tbsps (180 ml) finely chopped parsley
2 bunches snipped chives
method
Combine all the salad ingredients in large bowls. Pour over some Vinaigrette Dressing.

I wouldnt put any olives in as if it is left for over an hour before eating it doesnt have the taste of as it is fresh. although thtat little comment it is a good recipe.
