150 g (5 oz) Mint (pudina) leaves, washed
2 - 3 Green chillies, chopped
2 tsp (10 ml) Water
2 tbsp (40 g) 1 1/4 oz Yoghurt (dahi), whisked
Salt to taste
method
1. Grind mint and green chillies with water into a smooth paste. Transfer to a small bowl.
2. Mix yoghurt with the mint paste. Add salt to taste and serve.
