1. Sift the flour; add salt, sugar, and carom seeds. Knead into a hard dough with water. Cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 10 balls. Dust and roll each into 10 cm roti. Prick with a fork evenly.
3. Bake the roti in an oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8 - 10 minutes or till light brown in colour.
