1. Mix the yoghurt, water and salt together; keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); add cumin seeds and when it crackles, add onions and fry till brown. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix and remove from heat.
3. Pour this mixture into the yoghurt mixture and mix well.
