method
1. Pour 125 ml cold water onto 450 g maize flour and mix to a fairly firm dough.
2. Mould into 16 round pieces, then roll out to 12 cm in diameter.
3. Dry fry on one side, remove and cook the other side under a salamander grill.

I am an indian and that is not how you make roti to make roti you need butter plain flour and salt
