Baked Fillets of Bream and Cod (Caldeirada Estilo Nazare) recipe
ingredients
fillet each of cod and bream per person
chopped onion
diced tomato flesh and red pimento and chopped garlic
white wine
bayleaf
few strands of saffron
method
Fry chopped onion in oil then add diced tomato flesh and red pimento and chopped garlic, moisten with white wine and add a bayleaf and a few strands of saffron.
Place a fillet each of cod and bream per person in a shallow dish, moisten with the prepared liquid and bake, basting occasionally at 180°C for 15 minutes.
