method
1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange in a microproof serving dish or in four individual dishes.
2. Mix the oil, vinegar, chives, basil and mustard in a small jug and pour over the tomatoes.
3. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 - 3 minutes until hot but not cooked. If using individual dishes, arrange these in a circle in the microwave. Serve immediately
