method
1. Cut the chicken into 4 inch (10 cm) by 1 inch (2.5 cm) strips.
2. Mix together the lemon juice, thyme, wine and seasoning. Add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Cut the peppers into small diamonds. Arrange the peppers, chicken and a few sprigs of thyme on a dish and steam for 5 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms and gently steam for a further 4 minutes.
5. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with rice.
