1. Heat the ghee in a wok (kadhai); fry the sun-dried dumplings till light brown in colour. Remove and keep aside.
2. In the same ghee, add onion, ginger and garlic pastes. Fry till light brown.
3. Add tomato puree. Cook for a few minutes. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and 2 cups of water. Mix well.
4. To this mixture, add sun-dried dumplings and potatoes and cook till they are soft and tender, and the gravy is thick. Serve hot.
