1. Roast the mangoes in an open fire. Alternately, pressure cook the mangoes on high heat with water. Remove from heat after 2 whistles,
2. When cool enough to handle, peel the mangoes, scrape all the pulp from the seeds. Discard the seeds. Retain the liquid and the pulp.
3. Blend the pulp and the liquid till smooth. Add the sugar, cumin powder, and salt.
4. Stir till the sugar dissolves completely.
5. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
