100 g chopped onion
3 cloves of chopped garlic
50 ml olive oil
1 kg red pimento
100 g diced tomato flesh
25 g chopped basil
method
1. Sauté 100 g chopped onion and 3 cloves of chopped garlic in 50 ml olive oil; stir in 1 kg red pimento cut into strips, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.
2. Add 100 g diced tomato flesh, 25 g chopped basil and seasoning and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
