Avocado Pear with French Dressing (Avocat Vinaigrette) recipe

ingredients

Avacado
lettuce leaves
cucumber
tomato
lemon
French dressing

method

Allow half a pear per portion, according to size.

Cut the pear lengthways around the middle and towards the centre stone.

Divide in two halves and discard the stone.

Serve on lettuce leaves with a slice of peeled cucumber, a quarter of tomato and a quarter of lemon, accompanied with French dressing.
