400 g cranberries
350 g sugar
rind of 1 orange
1 lemon
1 tbs lemon juice
45 g chopped walnuts
85 g diced pineapple
method
Cook 400 g cranberries' in a little water to a puree and pass through a" sieve. Add 350 g sugar, the grated rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon, 1 tbs lemon juice, 45 g chopped walnuts and 85 g diced pineapple; bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
