1. Wash the apple, cut it into wedges, remove the core, then cut the apple and celery into thin slices. Finely chop the celery leaves and reserve them to garnish the salad.
2. Beat the cream with the seasoning and lemon juice. Mix the apple, celery and rice together in a bowl, add the dressing and sprinkle the celery leaves over the salad.
