method
1. Put the caraway seeds in an ungreased heavy-based frying pan and stir over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Crush in an electric coffee mill or with a mortar and pestle.
2. Transfer to a blender and add the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, pepper, salt, cheese and water. Blend the dressing until smooth.
3. Place the prepared cabbage and pepper in a serving bowl and stir well. Spoon the dressing over and serve.
If you are using an electric coffee mill to crush the caraway seeds, first grind a slice of bread. This will remove any fragments of coffee beans.
