1. Roughly chop the onion. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground cumin and coriander, sesame seeds, chilli powder, garlic pulp, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
2. Place all of these ingredients, including the onion, in a food processor or blender and process for 30-45 seconds.
3. In a medium saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the spice mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring it occasionally as it cooks.
4. Add the quartered tomato, French beans, fresh fenugreek and fresh chopped coriander.
5. Stir-fry the mixture for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle over the lemon juice, pour into a serving dish and serve immediately.
