Use for pork and other meats and fish high in natural fat. A good complement to poultry.
ingredients
3 limes
2 lemons
3 oranges
4 tbsps/60 ml olive oil
2 bay leaves
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
method
Thinly pare the rind from 2 of the limes, lemons and oranges. Squeeze juice. Mix with the oil, bay leaves and garlic. Thinly slice remaining limeand orange. Stir well and pour over meat or fish.
