Serve with cold meat or fish. Curry Mayonnaise is especially good with cold chicken.

1 clove of garlic
125 ml mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
method
1. Crush the garlic and fold it into the mayonnaise with the curry powder.
2. Serve with cold meat or fish.
