125 ml soured cream
salt and pepper
1 tsp French mustard or 1/2 tsp made English mustard
a pinch of caster sugar (superfine granulated)
milk or top of the milk (optional)
method
1. Stir the cream, then add the seasoning, mustard, and sugar.
2. If liked, the dressing can be thinned down with a little milk or top of the milk.
