500 g white cabbage
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp French dressing
method
1. Discard any tough stalks or outside leaves of the cabbage and shred very finely.
2. Sprinkle with the salt.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss lightly.
