Evaporated Milk Dressing recipe

ingredients

4 tbsp unsweetened evaporated milk
1 tbsp malt or wine vinegar
1/4 tsp made mustard
a good pinch of caster sugar (superfine granulated)
1/4 tsp salt

method

1. Whisk the milk until it forms soft peaks.

2. Beat in the vinegar, drop by drop, then the mustard, sugar, and salt.

serving amount

makes 100 ml
