2 large baked potatoes
1 lb (450 g) prawns, cooked and peeled
110 g (4 oz) thick cream
2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
1 tbsp whisky
few drops of tabasco sauce
Pinch salt
Good grinding black pepper
1 tbsp green peas
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Green part of spring onion for garnish
method
1. Mix all the ingedients together and pile on top of the halved baked potatoes.
2. Garnish with strips of spring onion and and a few of the prawns.
