18 small new potatoes, washed not scraped
18 pickling onions, peeled
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 small carton natural yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
method
1. Steam the potatoes and onions in a steaming basket for about 20 minutes, until cooked.
2. Combine the chives, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. When the potatoes and onions are ready, carefully coat with the dressing and serve very hot.
