Gloucester Sauce recipe

Gloucester sauce is best served with meat or meat salads.
ingredients
1 tbsp soured cream or yoghurt
125 ml mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chopped chives
2 tsp lemon juice
cayenne pepper

method
1. Fold the soured cream or yoghurt into the mayonnaise with the Worcestershire sauce, chopped chives, and lemon juice.
2. Season with a little cayenne pepper.
