18 small potatoes, scrubbed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp sea salt
crispy bacon and soured cream to serve
method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan oven/Gas Mark 7.Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle over the caraway seeds and salt. Season with black pepper.
2. Roast the potatoes for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with crispy bacon and soured cream.
