900 g (2 lb) selection of tropical fruit, such as pineapple, mango, papaya and banana
3 tbsp runny honey
Greek yogurt to serve
mixed spice to sprinkle
method
1. Cut the fruit into wedges. Place on a foil-lined grill pan, drizzle with the honey and cook under a very hot grill until caramelised, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt sprinkled with a little mixed spice. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish and serve.
