Tomato and Apple Chutney recipe

ingredients
700 g (1 1/2 lb) tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
50 g (2 oz) onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
125 g (4 oz) soft light brown sugar finely chopped
1 tsp fresh root ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
125 g (4 oz) sultanas
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 apple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
50 g (2 oz) onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
125 g (4 oz) soft light brown sugar finely chopped
1 tsp fresh root ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
125 g (4 oz) sultanas
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
method
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until reduced and thick. Cool and serve
