1. Grill the pancetta until golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool. Meanwhile, cook the sprouts in a large pan of boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
2. Drain the sprouts, then return to the pan.Toss well with the pecans, butter and seasoning.Turn into a serving dish. Break up the pancetta and sprinkle over the top.
