1. Cut the bacon into short strips. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the bacon for 1 to 2 minutes until beginning to brown. Remove from the heat.
2. Season the flour with pepper and dust the turkey with the seasoned flour. Add the oil to the pan with the bacon in and stir-fry the turkey for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through and the bacon is crisp. Use warm or cool and chill until needed.Top with a little redcurrant jelly to serve.
