1. Cut the pepper into quarters and flatten with the palm of your hand. Place under a preheated grill, skin-side up, and grill for 3 to 5 minutes until the skin blackens and burns. Place the peppers in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave until cool.
2. Peel the peppers, then cut the peppers into thick strips and toss in the salad dressing. Fill the sandwiches with slices of mozzarella and top with the grilled peppers.
